San Jose Sunset Mid-Term Furnished Home Rental Description
The House
Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor. It has a California King sized bed, ceiling fan and smart TV.
Bedroom 2 (Master Bedroom): Resides on the second floor, with two queen sized beds, a private master bathroom, ceiling fan and smart TV.
Bedroom 3: Also located on the second floor, it comes with a bunk bed which includes two full sized beds and a twin sized trundle. The room features a smart TV and attached balcony which provides plenty of fresh air.
The guest bathroom is on the second floor in the hallway across from the washer and dryer.
The open concept living room, dining room and kitchen are on the third floor.
Living Room: Home to a queen sized sleeper sofa, balcony with a table and two chairs, and a large Smart TV which can also be viewed from the dining room.
Dining Room: Holds a large table which seats eight. There is also a small bar area with two stools. Finally, there is a nook which acts a great serving area.
Kitchen: Has a dishwasher, large refrigerator/freezer, six burner gas range and oven, microwave, and toaster. Plus, all the pans, dishes, silverware, etc. you could need to host a family dinner.
Next, the house features a large rooftop deck with two tables, six chairs and a BBQ. It provides stunning views of the ocean, bay and Sea World fireworks!
Finally, there is a ground floor patio with tropical landscaping, a table and chairs. There is also an outdoor shower on the east side of the building.
Parking
Located in the alley is an enclosed single car garage, tailored for smaller cars and sedans. There is also a carport, which can accommodate most SUVs. We recommend backing into both the garage and car port.
