We provide full financial statements on a monthly basis with timely monthly distributions. All activity is displayed to the Owner/Client with no hidden fees. We also have an owner portal to see all activity on the owner's account, anytime at their convenience.

Records

We keep the records, from rental income to repairs, from San Diego TOT Tax to 1099’s, you will receive professional monthly and year-to-date accounting. For your convenience, we offer direct deposit of your net rental income, at no charge, directly to your bank account. At the end of the year, a 1099 will be sent to you along with a year-end statement that your accountant will understand.

Accountability

As your agent, we are primarily accountable to you, the property owner. All guests are required to sign a detailed rental agreement and review the policies. We rent to families and adult groups. We do everything we can to protect your home and your investment.
